						I booked a level 3 survey with Weald & City following a recommendation and I’m very glad I did. Tim completed a very detailed survey report for the property and also sent me a summary immediately after the survey which included some key points, but also provided me with reassurance and an idea of what to expect in the full report. Tim has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I had following the report, and also providing advice on how to go about sorting issues with the property. He worked late on a Friday and on a Saturday to get the report over to us in time for the stamp duty change as well. He replied to all our questions very promptly, even answering as late as 10:30pm. 						Absolutely impeccable service. I had a complicated survey on a period property with lots of red flags. Everything was explained in detail, the platform used to present the survey is really easy to navigate, and Tim was always available to discuss solutions to the issues. 						A big thank you to Tim who carried out a Level 3 survey for me, the booking process was straightforward with good communication from both Tim and the administrator Guy who passed on any concerns or questions I had to Tim prior to the survey. Tim provided helpful responses to all of these. The survey was carried out on time as planned even though the seller had mixed up dates, which was very helpful. Tim sent an initial summary prior to the full report, this gave an insight into what to expect and some issues I could immediately look into. The final report was excellent and extremely detailed, this helped me to make an informed decision about purchasing the property. I’d highly recommend Weald & City Surveyors and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

						Jonathan was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. The survey took a little longer than I had anticipated but the reason was that Jonathan was carefully considering all options. Once the report was provided he was available and responsive for all my questions. He responded quickly and honestly. He even offered to return to the property to recheck some matters. I used his report to discuss with some family members who are architects with their own businesses and they noted what a good job he had done with the survey. In the end, his report informed me that work required would be extensive and more than I was able to afford so I was able to make an informed decision about my purchase. Would definitely go back to him in the future.

						We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from Weald and City. Tim and Megan have produced a thoroughly comprehensive report that has been extremely useful for our prioritising of works that need to be undertaken and the budgeting for these works. The teams knowledge is second to none and Tim was willing to have a call with us to discuss the likely regulatory requirements and best practice for remedial works to correct the issues highlighted. We will be returning to use their services for future planning applications for sure. We can’t recommend Weald and City highly enough. 						After much searching for a surveyor I was very pleased to find Weald &City. They understood my concerns and what I was looking for. Tim did a level 3 survey with Meghan and provided a full report along with a comprehensive summary . Tim patiently went through my questions and gave plenty of reassuring advice on the next step. 						After searching for a surveyor online and after running through a whole bunch of quotes and reviews, we decided to go for Weald & City as they came highly recommended by friends who have used their service. We instructed them for a level 3 survey on a property that we wanted to purchase. We knew that the property would require some work but W&C delivered a detailed report that revealed how many issues the property in fact came with and how much work was needed. Tim was available to answer any queries we had and to help us with our decision going forward. His experience and expertise provided us with much insight with what was awaiting us if we wanted to negotiate with the seller or to pull out. 						Don’t look any further, Tim really did an outstanding job of surveying the property we asked him to look at. I’ve never seen such a thorough report before and it’s been extremely helpful in our decision making and consideration of our next steps in regards to the property. He has helped us after the report was completed by jumping on a call with us and answering questions we had. He’s was patient with us as there were many things we wanted to ask about.
