Whether you are looking to extend, plan maintenance, or purchase a property, many of our clients start with one of our RICS or RPSA-compliant residential surveys. Our survey reports clearly explain the home’s general condition and provide supporting observations for legal advisers. We provide timely update emails following inspections and are always happy to answer questions once reports have been issued.
All our residential survey reports contain general maintenance advice, and our Level 3 RICS Home Surveys also provide a degree of repair methodology advice along with helpful links to a range of relevant documents and resources.
